This is my own personal review of the Email Initiative.  I was lucky enough to get a free copy of this program from Michael Brown as a perk for being in the Niche Blitzkrieg Underground (NBK-U).  As a member of NBK-U Michael Brown gives away trade secrets, keywords, and some of his own products for free.  However, this is not a review of the NBK-U so I will leave it at that.

The Email Initiative is a guide how to create and setup a email marketing campaign, how to create a mailing list, and how to make a personal connection with your email list.  The product has both a Beginner Course and an Advanced Course.  Each of the courses have three e-books along with templates that help you get started with making your own email campaign.  Also included are 6 interviews with well known email entreprenuers who are very successful in their email marketing campaigns.  Five of the interviews are in audio format and one is a PDF.  I found the all of the interviews very informative and provided great insight from people who are successful.  Most of the audio interviews were from 45 minutes to an hour long.

The basic idea of these training courses are to first get people to opt-in to your mailing list by offering a free e-book or some very useful information that someone would be willing to pay for.  Once they opt-in to your list you give them their free product or information and work on create a relationship with them to gain their trust.  Once you gain their trust, by showing them quality products and information, you give them suggestions on products that they are interested in.  There is a program called Aweber that handles all of the automated emails for your list.  This service handles all of the opt-in forms that you put on your websites as well as the automatic confirmation and email campaign that you setup.  This powerful tool lets you decide what emails go out at what frequency.

The courses go through how to setup Aweber with detailed screen shots and explanations.  He leaves no stone unturned with the amount of detail he goes into.  The advanced course goes into depth about how to use forums, answers sites, and Ebay to develop opt-ins for you list.  He also dives into video marketing, how to use Youtube, and finishes off with a marketing strategy to create a sales Funnel that will skyrocket your sales.

At this point I cannot show any results from this product since I have to still go through all the steps, but I can say that this product is great just from the knowledge I have acquired.  The interviews alone are worth the price of this product.  Michael Brown has once again exceeded my expectations.  He has a knack for making a complicated process into an easy one by showing both screen shots and in depth explanations.  It's products like this that make me excited about Internet marketing.  If you are interested in increasing your profits online with e-mail marketing I highly suggest you purchase this product.
